Here are the latest paintings in the Gregory Creek series. Gregory Creek 5 and Gregory Creek 6. Both are 9" x 12" oil on canvas. As usual, the photos don't do them justice. The camera just doesn't have enough sensitivity in the highlight end.
I'm a lot happier with Gregory Creek 5. Rocks with water ripples are easier to paint than just the highlights on ripples of moving water. Perhaps if I attempt #6 at a larger scale I'll be more sucessful.
I'll keep trying!
